Happy Independence Day!
In our town, the fireworks happen on July 3rd. . .The Night Before the Fourth. The evening begins with the Fire Engine Parade.
The girls and their cousins love to watch, but boy, is it loud!
So their dad got earplugs for them.
Then it was back to Nana's for strawberry shortcake, and waiting for darkness. . .
