We Press On...

Well, the duplex I looked at yesterday was nice, needed some updates, but generally in good shape with space.  But... did you hear that coming?  The type of financing we have been pre-approved for does not work on that property. 

I was really trying not to get my hopes up, as we have been down this road before.  It is disappointing, but we press on...
